Will Richardson, the 6-foot-4 point guard from Liberty County (GA) High School, will transfer to Oak Hill Academy, as first reported by ESPN’s Paul Biancardi on Tuesday.

“What I love about Will is his ability to make plays,” Oak Hill head coach Steve Smith told D1VISION via text. “He creates for his teammates first but can make shots when needed. We have great players around him and that will make him a special player.”

Richardson currently holds offers from schools such as Alabama, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Arizona State, Auburn, Butler, Iona, Memphis, Miami, Ohio State, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Rutgers, Tennessee, Texas A&M, USC, VCU, Virginia, Wake Forest, and Wichita State, among others.

According to 247Sports, Richardson is ranked as the No. 67 overall player in the Class of 2018 and the No. 15 ranked shooting guard. Richardson recently picked up an offer from Oregon last week.

Playing with Each 1 Teach 1 United on the Nike EYBL Circuit, Richardson averaged 12.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.1 steals in 16 games. He helped lead E1T1 to a 12-4 record and an appearance in Peach Jam.
