East Defeats West in 2017 Girls McDonald’s All American Game

CHICAGO – Led by Rellah Boothe‘s MVP performance, the East Team defeated the West Team in the 2017 Girl’s McDonald’s All-American Game by a score of 80-74. Boothe finished the game with 18 points and 9 rebounds.

Morgan Wooten Girl’s Player of the Year Evina Westbrook finished the game with 10 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists on 3-6 shooting in 19 minutes. Other notable performances include UConn commit Megan Walker who finished with 13 points and 5 rebounds for the East team.

The West Team held the lead for 29 minutes, while the East only held the lead for 3 minutes. The West led by 13 with 7:05 left in the 3rd. The East outscored the West 11-5 in overtime.
