Duke Offers Nassir Little and Armando Bacot

The Duke Blue Devils made two offers on Tuesday to 2018 Nassir Little and 2019 Armando Bacot.

Bacot, who announced his offer via Twitter on Tuesday, currently holds offers from schools such as Kansas, Arizona State, Baylor, California, Clemson, Florida State, Georgetown, Georgia Tech, Harvard, Illinois, Iowa, Louisville, Maryland, Miami, NC State, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, Penn State, UCLA, Villanova, and Virginia, among others.

Little also announced his offer via Twitter and currently holds offers from schools such as Kansas, North Carolina, Georgia Tech, Arizona, Florida, St. John’s, Arizona State, Auburn, Cincinnati, Clemson, Creighton, Florida State, Illinois, LSU, Memphis, Miami, Missouri, NC State, Ohio State, Oregon, UCLA, Virginia, and Wichita State, among others.

Little will take his first official visit to Georgia Tech later this month (Aug. 26), while Bacot has no upcoming visits planned. According to 247Sports, Bacot is ranked as the No. 26 overall player in the Class of 2019, while Little is ranked as the No. 23 overall player in the Class of 2018.

Duke was one of the first schools to reach out to Bacot when coaches began reaching out to 2019 players in June. Bacot took an unofficial to Duke earlier this summer (June 2).

In the 2019 class, Duke has also offered Scottie Lewis, Bryan Antoine, and Matthew Hurt. Players with Duke offers in the 2018 class include Marvin Bagley III, RJ Barrett, Zion Williamson, Tre Jones, Darius Garland, Romeo Langford, Cam Reddish, Jairus Hamilton, and David McCormack.

The Blue Devils currently have no commits in the 2018 or 2019 class. In 2017, Duke landed a six-man class consisting of Trevon Duval, Gary Trent Jr., Wendell Carter, Jordan Tucker, Jordan Goldwire, and Alex O’Connell. They are also in contention for Marvin Bagley III, who may reclassify to the 2017 class.
