  • Malik Monk (West) and De’Aaron Fox (East) — two future Kentucky Wildcats — earned the 2016 MVP.
  • The former St. Patrick’s High (NJ) is the only school to have two Jordan MVP’s. Corey Fisher and Kyrie Irving.
  • North Carolina has the most Jordan MVP’s with four, Duke has three and Kentucky, Kansas and Georgia Tech each have two.
  • Interestingly, the most number of MVP’s went to players who never played college basketball, opting instead to go straight to the Association. Amar’e Stoudemire, Brandon Jennings, Andray Blatche, Dwight Howard and LeBron James. Great argument for getting rid of the one-year criteria.
