2019 Five-Star Armando Bacot to Announce Top 10 Schools Wednesday at 6pm Eastern Time

Armando Bacot Duke Offer

Armando Bacot, a 6-foot-10 power forward from Trinity Episcopal (VA) School announced via Twitter, that he will be releasing his top ten schools Wednesday (Oct. 18th) at 6pm Eastern Time.

According to 247Sports, Bacot is ranked as the No. 18 overall player in the Class of 2019 and the No. 4 center. Bacot has recently taken unofficial visits to Virginia Tech (Sept. 29th), Villanova (Sept. 30th), Providence (Oct. 6th), and Georgetown (Oct. 13th).

Bacot is scheduled to visit Duke this Friday (Oct. 20th) along with 2018 five-star Zion Williamson and 2020 five-star RJ Hampton. Duke offered Bacot back on August 8th, along with now North Carolina commit Nassir Little. These five schools look to be a lock in Bacot’s top ten.

Bacot also holds offers from schools such as Kansas, Arizona State, Baylor, California, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Harvard, Illinois, Iowa, Louisville, Maryland, Miami, NC State, North Carolina, Oklahoma State, Penn State, UCLA, and Virginia, among others.

Bacot averaged 11.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 0.8 blocks in just 14.4 minutes a game while playing for USA Red 2019/2020 at Adidas Nations. Bacot also shot 51.2 percent from the field.

Through five predictions on the 247Sports Crystal Ball, 100 percent expect Bacot to choose Duke thus far through his recruiting process.
