2018 Shooting Guard Antwann Jones Names Final Four

Antwann Jones Final Four

Antwann Jones, the 6-foot-6 shooting guard from Oak Ridge (FL) High School, named Kansas, Memphis, Oklahoma State, and NC State, as his final four schools on Wednesday via Instagram.

“I want to thank every school that’s recruited me, but I would like to keep moving in a positive direction for my career,” said Jones in a statement released via Instagram. “These are the schools [that] I think can help me reach my goals. The decision I make, not only impacts me but also my family and friends, so I [need to] get it right.”

According to 247Sports, Jones is ranked as the No. 67 overall player in the Class of 2018 and the No. 9 player from the state of Florida. Before cutting his list, Jones also held offers from schools such as Georgia, Dayton, Mississippi State, LSU, Rutgers, South Carolina, USF, Wake Forest, and Florida State, among others.

Playing with E1T1 United on the Nike EYBL Circuit this summer, Jones averaged 10.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game, in 16 games. In five games at Peach Jam, Jones averaged 11.4 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game, in 5 games.

According to Jeff Borzello of ESPN, Oklahoma State is expected to see Antwann Jones this week. Jones has not taken any of his official visits yet.
